Penryn Netball welcome a new member to the Support Team

Becky qualified as a physio in 2003, worked at Treliske before moving to the Lander Medical Practice to manage the Physiotherapy department.
She has worked with the Cornish Pirates, was a Game Maker at the 2012 Olympics with the sailors and windsurfers,
worked with Junior LTA in athlete screening and GB Youth Sailing.

Lorraine Kelly’s Bin Your Bra’s in aid of Breast Cancer Research
![]() This October, ITV's Lorraine's Bin Your Bra campaign is giving women the perfect excuse to get rid of those ill-fitting spare bras by appealing to the UK to donate their unwanted underwear.
Coinciding with breast cancer awareness month, many well known celebrities, including Barbara Windsor, Sharon and Kelly Osbourne and Dawn O'Porter have already given their bras to be recycled, in order to raise vital funds for our research into the disease For the campaign women will be asked to take their unwanted bras along to special Lorraine bins at House of Fraser stores, from where they will be sent to developing countries in Africa. As with our Bra Bank recycling scheme, Against Breast Cancer will receive £1000 for every tonne collected. Penryn Netball Club Supporting Lorraine's campaign in aid of Breast Cancer Research

Penryn subdue the Storm
![]() Penryn 1 with one or two normal players missing, gave a 1st team debut to 14 year old Emily Blatchford. Playing against a former England international, she held her own and looked like she had been playing there for years.
The whole team produced an outstanding game of netball with captain Hayley Carthey leading from the front. With a two and then a seven goal lead by half time. In the second half they maintained the pressure and ran out winners 46 – 36 U14's QUALIFY FOR THE NSW REGIONAL SOUTH U14 CLUBS COMPETITIONToday Penryn U14’s qualified for the NSW regional south U14 clubs competition finals.In March they will play the rest of the club side for the south with a chance of going forward to the NSW U14 clubs finals.The squad is Mhari McLeod – Holly King – Alicia Spear – Georgina Kates – Emily Thornhill – Clara Husbands – Bronwyn Casterton – Beth Winnan – Yella Huck –Tyde Dsouza
